Triumph France goes full-send in the 2025 build-off with this raw, monoshock custom from FCR Original.
“Hail to the Twin” is FCR Originals’ unapologetic entry in the 2025 Triumph Originals challenge—France’s official submission and a bold rework of the Speed Twin 1200 RS platform.
This isn’t a bolt-on beauty. FCR binned the twin shocks for a fully custom monoshock swingarm, laced in a solid rear wheel, and stripped the bike down to the essentials. The result puts Triumph’s 1200cc parallel twin on full display. The drag-style exhaust keeps it aggressive, while details like the gold leaf tank stripe and machined engine covers show off FCR’s signature balance of performance and polish.
The paintwork blends racing red with nacre white, and the tank wears its name proudly: Hail to the Twin. It’s a nod to Triumph’s performance roots with just enough irreverence to feel fresh.
From the custom swingarm to the sculpted seat and reworked geometry, every detail has been touched. It’s not trying to be retro. It’s not trying to be futuristic. It’s just FCR being FCR—and that’s what makes it so rad.
