Friend of The Bullitt, Josh Rhodes, shared some photos with us of his recently completed Triumph Street Triple, and we dig it! Josh got into custom building a few years back and has been turning out some really cool projects lately. He often is working on his projects for his friends – he’s done everything from funky little scooters, vintage dirt bikes to CB restorations – but this one is a personal project.

The Street Triple is a super fun bike out of the box, and with a handful of tasteful – and black – upgrades, Rhodes has built himself a clean little daily driver.

As the Trumpet’s motor was plenty strong for Rhode’s needs, there was no modify anything there. The Competition Werkes slip-on gave the bike a little more bark. Everything metal that he could pull off was coated black, like the headlights, foot controls and handlebars. A fender eliminator with integrated signals keeps things tidy out back. The only thing left to murder out is the forks, which he says is next on the list!

While there’s nothing crazy about this build, there is also something we really like about it that we can’t quite put our finger on. Maybe it’s the allblack motif, or maybe it’s the simplicity of it all? Anyone else feel the same way?
